Our Church

Salt Spring Island Baptist Church began in 1984 as a mid-week Bible Study and held its first regular service on January 6, 1985. We are a church that is commited to the truth found in the Word of God and believe that salvation is found by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, to God's glory alone. And as disciples of Christ, it is our mandate to follow Him in every aspect of our lives and to share this good news with all the world.

Salt Spring Island Baptist Church is affiliated with the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches of B.C./Yukon and the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches of Canada.
